Taking your Homeopathic remedy
Your Homeopathic remedy will be provided in liquid or dry form.
Dropper Bottle
- For each dose, strike the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand (or against a phone book). Do this as many times as indicated on the bottle.
- Add the number of prescribed drops to 4oz/120ml of distilled or spring water. Use a clean glass and spoon each time.
- Stir and take 1 teaspoonful.
- Hold in your mouth 30 seconds before swallowing.
- Discard the remainder.
- Avoid food or drink for 15 minutes before and after taking the dose.
- Take the remedy the prescribed number of times a day.
Pellets
- Place 2 pellets under the tongue and let dissolve. Take as often as prescribed, but stop taking the medicine as soon as you see a definite improvement.
- Don’t touch the pellets with your fingers. Drop 2 pellets into the cap of the bottle, on a plastic spoon or onto a clean piece of white paper. Tip them directly under your tongue and allow to dissolve.
- Don’t use a metal spoon. Don’t eat or drink for15 minutes before and after taking your medicine.
